At Righteous Felon, we stand behind the quality of our craft jerky and snacks; if your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our high standards, we'll make it right. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final unless an error occurred with your shipment.

Return Process

  Email our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  Provide Evidence

  If your package arrived damaged or the product is defective, please include clear photos of the packaging and items to expedite your claim.

  Case Review

  Our team will review your request and, if approved, will issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a fresh replacement shipment.

• 4.
  Recycle the Evidence

  In most cases, we do not require you to ship perishable food back to us; simply dispose of the faulty product as instructed once your claim is processed.
