What makes Righteous Felon jerky different from store-bought brands?
Unlike mass-produced jerky, we use hormone-free, pasture-raised Black Angus beef and unique, bold flavor profiles inspired by outlaw culture. Our jerky is handcrafted in small batches to ensure superior texture and moisture.
How long does the jerky stay fresh after opening?
For maximum flavor and texture, we recommend consuming the jerky within three days of opening the bag. However, unopened bags have a shelf life of approximately one year.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes! Many of our flavors are gluten-free. Please check the specific product descriptions and ingredient labels for the 'Gluten-Free' certification mark before purchasing.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to APO/FPO military addresses. We are looking into international shipping options for the near future.
